I went to 2 discount stores to find a belt and bags for my sweeper. I bought my sweeper at Wal Mart, they didn't have what I needed. I called this store and they said they could order what I needed. Sure enough with 3 days a lady called me and said my bags and belts were in. Very nice lady helped me. I will definitely go back there next time I need anything. Great service!

This place is near our house and I drive past it often, so when I needed a vacuum repair done, I decided to stop in and ask them about it. The woman that I dealt with (I assume to be the owner?) Was very rude with my husband and I. She acted as though she was too busy to deal with us even though we were the only customers in the shop. She was very sarcastic, and was annoyed that my husband was asking questions about how the repair was done. She just wanted us to give her our business, pay her, and don't waste any of her time.

There are plenty of other local shops to use instead.

I bought a Hoover Steam Vac and found a loose spring. Hoover recommended I take it to Accent and they repaired it in minutes. Very nice and friendly. I had to call in a few days later with a question and again they were very helpful. Thanks Accent!
