They are very nice been with them for 5 years will work with you as long as you pay it will get done

These guys have always fixed any problem I had. I've been with them for a year and never had any problems with them. When something broke he made sure it got fixed. That's so much for being a great landlord

I gave a one star because I have to. If you're thinking about renting from these people please re-consider. Once you start asking for things to be fixed or for someone to take care of Rodant issues it's like you never asked. Your asked to put it in writing we did still nothing. The wife is beyond insecure and hostile any time you try and approach a situation. I never in my life have broken a lease but can't wait to get out. If you want a slum Lord rent here.
