I heard today that the driver, Donovan, was hit and killed by a car, while he was trying to load a vehicle! He was a very good and kind man, RIP Donovan!!! It was a pleasure to meet and work with you!! God Bless you and welcome you home!!!

I worked there for two years. I was always quick, called to inform the customer my eta, and even dispatched my own calls. The issues were in the trucks we drove!!

Terrible service. Took almost 2 hours longer than told. My warranty company covers my toe yet the driver had me pay him more $ in cash, gave me no receipt so I called the dispatcher and she was rude and hung up on me and argued with me and told me it was confidential what my bill was. The tow driver took my car to the mechanic and just dropped it and didn't relay my information to the mechanic.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Originally told 90 minutes. THREE & A HALF HOURS LATER AND STILL WAITING! Called at 2 hours and told they we're 7 miles away. Called at 2 and 1/2 hours & told they are just 7 miles away. Called at 3 hours & they say the original dispatch declined the ticket and they are trying to find someone else to take the work. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY! These folks will string you along until you give up & call someone else. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD. Spend your hard earned money with a more trustworthy company.

i have to take the time to say, on what was a very bad day Awow towing was the most helpful and the kindest people i spoke to all day. in fact they were the only. i have had my car(s) towed in the past with other companies and not any of those times did my belongings remain in my car. with Awow i had zero problems and all of my belongings were where they should be. thank you Awow for being the business that all others should be!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I've been waiting for 2 hours and said they were 3 miles away 15 minutes ago!!!!! They are Only getting 1 star because I have to give it to them!

Horrible company DO NOT USE. Left me stranded over 3 hours and lied about coming. Kept telling me they'd be there in 20 min. NEVER showed up. Dispatcher rude and a liar. - You have to give them a star in order to write a review.

The driver seemed nice enough but the lady in the truck with him obviously had no idea what she was doing, was very unprofessional and looked like she had just rolled out of bed still in pajamas. They asked me to back my non running car into the street so they could get to it better but refused to help, luckily my husband, who was sitting in our other vehicle with my toddler, was there to push my car while I steered. Then they tried pulling it onto the truck while my car was in park, the lady with the driver told me she would put the car in neutral when they started pulling but she didn't so I literally had to jump in the car and do it before they dragged my car up the ramp. THEN we got to our destination and they rolled my car off and basically took up 3 parking spots in front of a place of business so they "wouldn't have to f*** with it" getting it into a parking spot. Terrible! The ONLY reason I used them is because I went through my insurance company and I'm embarrassed for them that they do business with this "company".

Been waiting over an hour and the tow truck broke down somewhere. Having to use them because of the tire company's policy. Wow they are bad. Still waiting.

I would not recommend this towing company to ANYONE!

Do not use this company unless you want to wait for hours longer than the quoted wait time. Their receptionist are also rude and unhelpful.

I have free roadside assistance through my insurance carrier (who will remain nameless, so as not to create bias) and unfortunately had to use it the other night when my American Ironhorse custom built chopper broke the drive belt. A Wow Towing was dispatched to pick me up. Since the motorcycle shop was already closed for the night (because the tow truck was an hour late getting there), I paid the out of pocket expense to have the tow company store my bike overnight at their facility and deliver it the following morning to the bike shop. The following morning my custom built chopper arrives at the bike shop with a smashed rear fender and it is missing the back seat. I called the tow company and was informed that the driver says "it was like that when he picked it up." I informed them that I PERSONALLY put the bike on the rollback and that it was not like that when I turned it over to them. They were going to "check into things and call me back" and I have yet to hear from them. Turned the matter over to my insurance. We'll see what happens next.

The only nice thing I can say about this company is the driver was nice. This being said, I was told one hour wait. 4 hours later my car was picked up! I called after 2 hours and the receptionist/dispatcher was super rude and told me 45 more min. Well after another hour I called again and she said 5min and hung up on me! Another hour after that is when they showed up!I asked for my car to be taken to the dealership but it was past 10pm. I called the dealership this morning and my car was not there. The driver or towing company never called me to let me know that they were keeping my vehicle overnight. This company is horrible!

Couldn't care less about customers rights and or property.

Told me they'd be there at 9:45pm to tow my car, almost a 2 hour wait. I couldn't stay with the car so I let them know where the key was. They call and wake me up at 2:15am to ask me where the car is. Absolute crap company, use at your own discretion.

Horrible, shady workers. Waited 2 1/2 hours for a flat repair. Man showed up in a van. He dropped my truck off the jack. Damaged my rim & they would not repair it. Horrible business practice & rude people. Bad towing company.

Waited two hours for them to tow us then I call and they tell me they can't Tow me. Don't use them

The tow truck needed a tow!!! And they still wanted me to pay because my car was on the truck!!
