Kept stringing me out promising to show up. When he did show up, the work was competent. The labor charge was high, but a competent worker can do that. My objection was the size of the parts charge on top of that. I could buy the identical parts for almost half what he charged and the parts were the larger part of the bill. He told me that was the price he paid.
