Best old fashioned home made style beef jerky there is!! I make it a point to try jerky all over in every state I travel, have friends and family that we compare who has access to the best. . . .and Tulare has been the winner since we discovered it back 7/8 years ago. Saltry,savory and not over smoke for no heavy bark flavor. It is the way jerky is suppose to be with a bit of tough texture to be sure your mouth savors the flavor!! Sue
