I cried afterwards. Didn't look anything like what I asked for & it was a huge difference .......... hopefully in about 2 years it'll grow back somewhat.

I came in on July 6th around 12:00a.m, I was very well greeted when I walked in very clean and organized environment. There was a customer before me and the time was perfect, didn't wait to long. The stylist who worked on me was very friendly; her name is Hillary, she was very concentrated on what I wanted and even though I showed her a picture I thought be embrassing, she gave her honest opinion and helped understand how to get my hair that way. Couldn't ask for anymore, was a perfect visit, and couldn't ask more from Hilary, she accomplished her job by making her customer happy :).

As I entered the salon there was no greeting. I stood for a couple of minutes waiting to be acknowledged before I interrupted any conversation by this time I realized I have other options after waiting for ten minutes I left. No one ever asked to if I could be helped.
