I enjoy visiting my friends at Quality Sewing Center. They treat me like family. They are always eager to help me with any obstacle I may have. From machine service to information on using the products available to make my project successful. The atmosphere is always upbeat and creative. There's usually a class or seminar going on. I enjoy the classes and seminars myself and they have generous door prizes. They have a good selection of cotton prints for garment sewing, crafts and quilting. They carry a wide variety of threads and stabilizers to help you to be a success with any project you pursue. It's one of my favorite places to shop and see what's new.

I have purchased all my machines from Quality and they could not have been more helpful in helping me succeed in my business. Every time I call with a problem there is someone on staff that can answer any questions I may have. All the staff is so knowledgeable and willing to help. This is a great company and anyone that has any sewing needs this is your place to do business.

Recently purchased a new sewing machine after mine of 21 years died. Matt examined my old machine for possible repair and it was determined even with repair most likely would fail again and the cost was equal to what a new machine would be. Asking me questions on my use of the machine, his knowledge of the various sewing machines, expertise, no pressure sale, and honesty was so appreciated, could not be happier with my new machine. Lived up to what I anticipated and much more.

Huge selection of all types of sewing and embroidery machines. If you don't know how to use the machine you have purchased, the staff will teach you. Patient staff? You bet! They offer classes of all types for your pleasure and edification. I've put my machine in for yearly maintenance and/or repair and if I have questions the repair staff will come out to the sales floor to answer my concerns. I can't speak more highly of this customer oriented company
