Took two months to deliver me a broken table, then they told me it’ll be two more months! Worst company to buy products from and worst customer service. Even the delivery guy was embarrassed for them!

They won't take anything back no matter what. Make the loading dock unpack, inspect, repace and load or else your going to be sorry. They take no responsibility for mistakes and your just stuck with expense furniture that you can't use. No customer service after they get your money.

I am very happy with my dinning room. Me and my husband went to see it for a couple of times. Jim helped us and was really informative and nice, felt no pressure, and answer all our questions.... As I said the price was great, I love the furniture, but I'm giving 4 stars for their wearhouse service. Wearhouse did some mistakes... the first time when I went to pick one of my chairs, they call to tell me that they forgot to give me the structures from my chair (by the way, did not even apologize). I don't live close from the store so I had to go back the next day for the structures. the next day I went back, but on Monday while my husband was assembling the chair together, he notice that they had given me 2 right sides, instead on 1 right 1 left. So I had to go back again for a 3rd time !!!!!! I was actually worried that they would not have them, or that I would have to wait for a long time... since I had read previous reviews from this store... Any ways everything did got taken care of in 3 days, but their wearhouse defently needs more attention on this cases, specially concidering people that don't live very close from them and some nice phone manners will help too !
