Z Mansion, Tucson Arizona, or rather The Zapazeronlonie Mansion Because they certainly gave it to us:

Horrible, Dishonest and Opportunistic experience from the Owner/Vultures of the Z Mansion. They take you on a grand tour of the place and then at the end if you are happy with the the glamour they will off you a contract to sign. BUYER BEWARE ::: In their “contract” there is a clause that’s states that if you decide to cancel your wedding 6 months prior to the actual event they will keep all monies that have been given to them so far. In my case it was $1500.00. Also the contract states that they have the ability to take you to court to recoup the remainder of your balance if they choose to do. We started communication with Z Mansion in August of 2014, we set the wedding date for February 21. At the end of October I call to cancel the wedding and then I get informed of this added feature in the contract. My ex fiancé did not inform me of this portion in the contract. Tom The Vulture Hill informs me there will be no refund of my $1500 even though they did nothing but give my girlfriend a walkthrough the place. Again they did NOTHING for my $1500 and they have another wedding planned for 02/21/2015. I gave them plenty of notice to have some other couple take our spot and of course they did. When I told Tom that it was unethical to keep my $1500.00 he said that if he wanted to he could sue me for the remainder of the $4500.00 that was to be the final cost. I explained that I never signed the contract and he retorted that he would sue my ex fiancé. He are the two options we were given.

Letter from owners of Z Mansion:

Hi +++++ ,

++++++ called today to discuss the cancellation of your wedding on February 21st, 2015. He had previously called to discuss the postponement of your event. Both times we let him know that the terms of the contract do not allow for refunds and that "any event cancelled within six calendar months of the event will be charged the full amount for the event."

As we told ++++++ by phone, what we are allowed to offer outside of the terms of the contract are either of the following:

1) You can cancel your event via email by 5:00 p.m. November 18th and you will only be responsible for the amounts you have paid to date. The contract will be cancelled and no future payments will be required or deducted. Or,

2) You can reschedule your event on any open day between now and December 31, 2016. Your balance will be maintained and you will only be required to make a minimum monthly payment of $100 plus the monthly accounting fee of $25.

So there you have it. If you decide to cancel these Vultures will capitalize on you grief and misfortune. They should change their name to the Zapazeronlonie Mansion. They certainly gave it to us
