I love this location! They have a big selection of hair extensions and they are cheaper than Sally's. The staff was super helpful. They helped me find the right color for my hair and gave me recommendations on what hair extensions to get. Will definitely come back!

I use to "like" them, but after today this company wouldn't get another penny from me. Their staff is rude, not helpful what so ever the don't know anything about their products, and I've gotten "okay" 100% human hair from them before they dyed nice but the life of them exceeded 7 months max. This last transaction has left me out of money and stuck with FAKE HAIR! I called them and told them what happened and how I sewed the clips on and then made the weft packs of hair into extensions and I washed them and it was just terible it was fake, and all over the package it said it was 100% human hair, when i called and explained what happed to the man and he said that I could get a refund or exchange regardless, so when I went in to the place the manager, who was working at the time, was very smug and rude, he wouldn't work with me at all, so I will be reporting them for false advertisement.

Good selection... the staff is mixed though, some of them are incredibly RUDE and some have nearly no idea how to answer my questions. Most don't have knowledge or are unwilling to share it; Furthermore, watch for them to 'trick' you into buying a product that is more expensive than you need or wanted in the first place.



Big on up-selling! Not too focused on customer service. I would imagine that is due to commission paid.



Sad, but they do have the best selection in town, and who wants to pruchase anything that they haven't tried on first! or seen or touched....

1. ??They have an okay selection of lace front wigs and old school wigs.
It's too bad they don't have much choice in color and cut styles. I guess us blk folks are all the same and they don't bother to order other exciting colors and cute in wigs.

3. The Business is clean lots of space to shop not over crowded.????
4. Parking - ???

It be so delightful to see staff smiling and welcoming to all customers. It seems that costomers are more a bother than appreciated when you walk in the door.
