Twice this week we have had to travel to the post office to retrieve registered or certified mail. No one bothered to ring our bell or knock on our door to deliver the parcels. We were home both days at the times listed on the 'missed you' cards.One was left on our door, the other was left in our mailbox across the street. Pretty disgusted with the service lately. Our regular mail person MUST be on vacation for this horrible service to occur twice in one week.

So very disappointed in the lack of customer service and rude manner in which I was treated. Extremely rude Associate at the post office. Dont waste your time at this store.

The lady that works at the post office stand, has terrible customer service skills, I will say even none!!!! The associate wasn't very helpful when I asked about some of their services, she didn't even give me a receipt until I asked for it (of course, for my personal records) and she wasn't even done with me, when she was helping the next person....She didn't say, thank you or have a nice day....or is there anything else I can help you with???

Next time, I will definitely go the main US Post office, even if I have to drive a little bit more!!!
