Our salesmen, Carl was very knowledgeable and informative. Our installers, Carlos and John, were awesome! They were very polite and great at keeping us informed.

I would like to commend Michael and the other gentleman who helped install our windows. Michael was particularly helpful and did a wonderful job. There is no more noise from the adjacent street, the windows stay clean longer, even with the rain and my allergies are much better in the house becuase of the air tight seals. Last week I had all new windows and doors installed in my home, a very expensive investment! I would like to acknowledge Kort and Phil who did the installment work, they arrived on time, worked without a break, always asked my opinion and worked as a team throughout the entire project. You have two good men doing excellent work. who care about their workmanship and customers. I highly recommend them and thank them for their hard work.

It's our pleasure to provide feedback about our experience with Tucson Window and Door product and service. We are most pleased with eight windows that were installed in our home last week.After researching various window companies in town, hearing and reading about what your company and competitors had to offer, we feel confident that we made the right investment decision. Everyone whom we worked with was open, honest, took time and interest in assisting without pressuring us, and followed through to deliver what was promised. The installers were friendly, worked steadily, efficiently and extremely well together, and took great care in and outside of our home to protect the surrounding and to be certain they provided the highest standard work. We were really impressed with them! They even explained to both my husband and I seperately. how to operate and clean the windows. When we do our next projects, involving converting a window to a door and replacing our front door, we will go where we know we can get the best value for our money, straight back to Tucson Window and Door!

I had two of your workmen here to install my new windows, they were very professional and very hardworking. I saw them take no breaks during 6 1/2 hours of installing my windows, in record breaking heat. They told me many features of the windows and did excellent finishing work including clean up. The windows look great and are keeping the heat out as I wanted. The salesman, Scott told me it would take four minutes for one of the workmen to come out to get the final measurements and it did. All the features he told me about were real. He knew his stuff and did an excellent job. I am very happy.

We are extremely pleased with our 3 new windows, and especially with the exceptional workmanship of Dale and his partner. They were careful to let zero dust into the rooms, and left the 3 areas cleaner than when they arrived. They are very professional in every way and we would have no hesiation in recommending this company to anyone needing windows.

We've had our windows for about a moth now and we are very happy with them. People walking by comment on them and how they imporve the looks of our place. We just wanted to thank everyone at Tucson Window and Door for the nice job with our new front door/security screen. First our options were explained and we were helped selecting the doors that worked best for us. We were under a little time pressure and they worked they're magic and got the time of fabricating and installing shortened. Next the the installers deserve a "well done". They made it look easy.
