I had a new swamp cooler put on my house. The cooler was scratched from getting it out of the bed of the truck and dragging it up a fiberglass ladder. The boss came and used spray paint to cover up the scratches and made it look worse. He was not concerned about the esthetic way it looked at all. He should of replaced the cooler, because it was his carelessness that caused the scratches. I was disappointed in the company and won't use them in the future.

THE COOLER GUYS (ROBERT) WENT TO FIX COOLER AT MY SONS PLACE. I SAT AND WATCHED HIM WORK THE WHOLE TIME, CHATTING WITH HIM. ONLY REPLACED COOLER PADS AND LEFT. LANDLORD ASKED WHAT THEY DID. THEY HAD SAID THEY CHANGED BEARINGS, BELTS, ETC ETC AND WERE TRYING TO CHARGE FOR IT. TRYING THE STEAL FROM PEOPLE. GLAD I SAT AND WATCHED. SUCH THIEVES.
