Customer service is awful.. They double charged my bank card and it took an act of congress to figure out how to give it back to me. Store managers don't know their head from a hole in the wall. Long story short.. We live 30 miles away and were told to get back in our car and drive back in and show them the receipt so they could credit it back to my card. The very information they had on their computer and journal tape the whole time. They did not want to do the research them selves.. They demanded the customer do it for them. Well it will be a very long time before we shop there ever again.
