Horrible! Sandra the phone answering scheduler is a lying coward. She messed up appointment times and then lied about it while avoiding my calls to the office. I took 1-4 (my appointment window) off from work and she sent a guy out at 11 when I wasn't home, then told me someone would be here by 1. The guy finally showed at 3:45. I made 8 calls to Specialty today but Sandra wouldn't answer my phone number but would when my guy called using his phone. What a pathetic joke. I hope this company wises up to the waste of space that is your answering lady. A monkey could do better. I would never recommend.

Scheduled for 9-12. At 1:15 I called to hear the guy was still an hour out. I was never called to say he was going to be late. It was completely unprofessional service. I would avoid at all costs.
