I had called because i live out of town, and have a rental with a "faucet leak" in Tucson, AZ. When i called to make an appointment, the young lady making the appointment said, and i quote, "i have no idea how much money this will cost, but he will call for a credit card to pay for the services". The service rep called and said, it was just a loose screw, all was well, and i would just need to pay the $104 service fee. So she was dishonest right out of the gate and i was ripped off. Never call these folks.

These guys are professional, honest, reliable.....they deal with integrity. We had a clog that was filling our shower with sewage, and another company wanted to charge us $700.00 and knock out a wall to clear the pipe. When I spoke to Mike on the phone he was professional and courteous, and suggested a course of action that would not involve demolition to our house. He came out and fixed the problem for under $100.00. I'm impressed and gratified that Spartan cares enough about customer service and real value to pass on an opportunity to charge more than they needed to. I 100% recommend these folks, and we will use them again.
