Ryan Davis and his team at Southern Comfort Heating & Cooling gave me exceptional service at a great price! Integrity....hospitality... excellence.... are words that come to mind when I think of this company. I highly recommend them!

I was in desperate need of a heating and air unit this past summer. My wife and I were on and are still on a tight budget. I called Southern Comfort Heating & AC and was greeted by a very polite and sympathizing voice. Later, the owner himself came out to take a look and gave me a few options. He was very thorough and straight forward with my wife and I. After hearing and seeing their wiliness to help, we decided to go ahead and go with Southern Comfort. They installed the unit, ran the wiring and were very respectful to our property and privacy. We got a GREAT DEAL and I would recommend this company to anyone in their servicing area! Very professional and very personable! Thank you Southern Comfort Heating & AC and you guys sure know what great customer service is all about! (Not to mention they were very friendly to our dog, Bear!)

Southern Comfort Heating and Air are true professionals that actually perform customer service the way it should be. Cindy is always helpful on the phones, and the techs are nice! They go above and beyond in all aspects. I will not call another Heating and Air Company because I know what I'm getting when I call Southern Comfort: quality repair for my A/C, top notch service, and a very fair price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are way too many heating and cooling companies in Tucson that guarantee thier work. This company did some work on our furnace 8days ago and now it is not working again, and they will not come out again to even see what the problem is without charging us their service fee- which we already paid on their first visit, which also included labor costs. They will not even come out to see if their work is what is the problem without charging their 88.95 service fee. I have made a few calls and many other companies in Tucson guarantee their work, and if something goes wrong within 30days of the repair they guarentee their work and they come back out for free to inspect. This company wants to nickle and dime their customers and not stand behind their work, or support their customers. Use another company with ethical policies in place!

When a competitor flaked out and not only did not show up for our appointment I called Southern Comfort and they where at my house within an hour. Southern Comfort saved my eight month pregnant wife from having to sleep in a 94 degree house. Southern Comfort has gained a client for life!

I called this morning to get an AC service person out to my house asap. To begin with this company said the earliest they could come was between 12-2, but they would call if they could get here sooner. About 15 minutes later I got a call from the company saying they were sending a service person right away. The repairman was here within 45 minutes and was done with cool AC running within another 45 minutes. The lady scheduling appts is very helpful and friendly as was the repairman. I'm not sure how cheap the price was compared to other companies, but I paid $79 for the trip/service charge and then the cost for the part (a dual run capacitor) was another $130.
