Every time we take a car there, it comes back worse. I went in for a check engine light and when I got my car home it was leaking coolant everywhere. I took it back and Kim said "oh yea, we probably punctured something". No apology for wasting my time or anything. Then they "couldn't find the leak". This wasn't a small leak. In 24 hours my car had lost about 1.5 quarts of coolant, and Sooters' incompetent staff couldn't find anything.

I took my car back home and the problem continued. I had to take it back once more before they finally fixed it, and then they charged me for something Kim admitted was their fault in the first place.

The worst, and final problem happened this weekend. My wife's car needed a new radiator which she had Sooters do. Afterwards we drove to Sedona for a vacation and the car overheated due to the radiator being installed incorrectly. We ended up cutting our vacation short, and cancelling activities we had planned because of that.

I took my car in for some repair work and it was done the same day. Kim was very helpful as she explained to me what needed to be done and I was on my way the same day.

What can I say....probably the best automotive repair shop in the city!!!! Like Randy says, " We are not competing with other shops on price...but we sure blow the rest away with customer satisfaction!!" You can believe him.

The best service place. Honest owner and mechanics. They are not the cheapest, but not expensive either and will never charge you for things you do not need. Oil change from them is not only changing oil, they fill-up everything even your battery! A place you can trust. That is why they are always busy.
