I went to see the dr in 2010, i called a few weeks ago to schedule and appt and he receptionist mumbled alot and when i didnt understand her she got frustruated and used a very unpleasant and harsh tone with me. i have worked with Irma but have never experienced such a rude behavior. her name was something like Edil, or Elith. If the receptionist is that bad why bother getting to know the rest of the staff.

This place is an absolute rip off. They charged me excessive amounts of money to just have a trial pair of contacts. They never told me to return my disposable contacts after trying them out and then charged me additionally. I ended up paying $250 for contacts I never purchased. I would not recommend this I clinic to anybody.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an optometrist or Eye care center. In addition to my co-pay, they charged me for a contact fitting which took five minutes, they charge me to watch a how to put on contact video which took about 10 minutes. After paying my $40 co-pay my balance was $179. They gave me a trial pair of disposable contacts to try. After one week I did not like them so I threw them out. They did then contacted me 4 weeks later and told me I owe them $80 for this pair of disposable contacts. I was never told to bring these contacts back or I would be charged for them, apparently it was in the paperwork I signed. They made it very clear that these contacts were a sample and then I would not be charged. I would not recommend this doctor Or eye clinic to anybody.

dr mumbles and is impatient. Dr is not very friendly or personable. frames way overpriced. staff was nice.

As a continuing customer, you will not get greater service anywhere else. These ladies and sir will work tirelessly to fix any problem regardless of how big or small. I have tried other eye glass places before and after them and I keep coming back to Dr. Baim and the Silverbell Eye Care crew. They might be a little more expensive than others but the services alone is worth it! I give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Best eye care experience ever. as a new patient they guided me through a step by step process and explained everything. The staff is super friendly and always happy to help. My glasses work and fit great. Im so happy with my results that i've refferd my friends to go vist Dr.Baim.

Tried to make a basic vision checkup appointment within a 3-week timeframe for our son (a current patient) who was unexpectedly coming home on leave. Wouldn't even take his name for a cancellation waiting list. Since none of our family will be returning to this office, hope your experience will be better.

I have never had such outstanding care and concern about my vision and such a fine explanation of vision care and my glasses are a perfect fit and Rx in my life. My husbandwas so impressed, he is coming to see Dr Baim for his next vision check. The officehelp isvery caring, friendly andinformed to fitting, etc.
