This place is full of thousands friendly little neighbors that love to infest your cupboards, vents, and closets, and any food that isn't completely sealed. As well as horribly maintained units, with fences falling apart, holes in the units patched with an improperly shaped piece of wood and two nails. I never felt safe, clean, or comfortable living there. They need to seriously invest some time and quality work if they want this place to do well. A number of other tenants have also explained to me how this place has gone down hill within the last few years. Not worth your money
