Provided by YP.comI applied for a call center position. I was treated as if I were a worthless fool. I have many qualifications but the young kid that interviewed me: sought to select me out on a non-professional bias. I have done nothing wrong that disqualifies me from employment. I wasted my time and effort in attempting to get work here because I need to work in order to make a living. I am over 40, and I think even though I have a college background: these overly presumptuous children in management believe that I cannot handle the work load.
