Thomas, the owner of Rush Rooter has been there to save us from disaster on a number of occasions. He is fair in his pricing, and takes the time to be certain that the client understands exactly what is going on. In an adult lifetime, I have not found a more honest businessman, who is also the fastest to respond to any call.
He gets there when promised, and is never late. He works hard and gets all jobs done fast.
Rush Rooter has cleared our sewer pipes at less of a cost than anyone else, and was done faster. He has, when the old clay pipes became structurally unsound dug up, and replaced the pipes at a reasonable cost, and finished the job in a single day's work.
I highly recommend this business!

My experience with Rush Rooter, LLC and owner, Thomas, was positive. I hesitated for months to hire a plumber due to numerous concerns including cost and quality of work. After Thomas inspected the plumbing problems in my home, he gave me a reasonable estimate. I trust that he is honest with his pricing as he has a binder detailing the types of plumbing fixes and costs. Unlike other service workers, he didn’t give me a figure off the top of his head. It was comforting that he has a set of prices for every job. He completed the work to my satisfaction and I intend to utilize his services in the future.

Thomas (Owner) was at my house within 10 minutes of calling. He explained to me what was needed and showed me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also gave me important tips on how to maintain the work he did and offered me suggestions on things I could do on my own. I was in a pinch with the broken water pipe, but now have a Plumber I would definitely use again if needed...

All the reviews are accurate. Thomas was at the house within the hour, quickly and clearly diagnosed the issues, explained it all to me, and made the repairs efficiently and at a very reasonable price. One of the best service calls I've ever had. Thomas is a really nice guy as well, and it felt good to support locally owned business. Highly recommended and will be calling Rush Rooter again should the need arise.

Had main drainage backing up. Have 3 daughters and lots of trees. After I couldn't fix problem, figured there were roots and God knows what else down that pipe. Searched dex and this smaller company had the most reviews, all of them 5 thumbs up. I figured this was the man to call. Tom is the owner operator, and the man you will be dealing with. He is quick, reasonable, knowledgeable plus an all around friendly guy. He was great to deal with. Called him around nine am, and he was here less than an hour later. Within another hour, all my problems were solved at the quoted price, and he left me with a ton of advice and knowledge. I would recommend this company to friends and family. I had gone down the line in the yellow pages looking for a plumber no answers until I got to Rush Rooter. He the owner answered immediately and promised to meet me at my property within 45 minutes, when I arrived 30 minutes later he was already there and had looked over my plumbing problem and had and estimate for me. He got on the job and had my plumbing problem fix quickly and done right. I soon after received a call from my tenant telling me how happy she was with the plumbing repair. He has become my plumber I'll call no one else.

The owner came out and did a small job for us then we hired him again to do a complete repipe. He was great! He let us know before hand what the cost would be and how long it would take and everything was exactly like he said it would be. He was professional and we're very happy with both jobs he did for us. We recommend him and would use him again for any future jobs.

Called at about 7:45 AM and was completely fixed by 9AM. Call was answered by the owner, he was clean and nice. He was organized and gave a clear price up front. I didn't feel he was giving me a price he picked out of the air but prices that he has formulated and were set. He explained what he was going to do and his warranty clearly. Will recommend and use again.

I called at 7pm and he was here at 7 the next morning. The price was fair and he completed the work very quickly. I would definitely use this company again.

Great prices with the owner doing the job. You get great service that is complete and is cheaper than other big plumbing business'.
