I first had contact with Rosano's because our group homes purchased appliances from them and they also serviced them. He was always fair in appliance pricing and provided good service for repairs. I used him personally for washer repairs. He was fair in price and did a great job. One time he even redirected me to the manufacturer because he found out there was still a 5 year warranty on the part I needed. I had no idea it could be repaired for free by the manufacturer! Rosano's was the first place I called when I needed a new dryer. Excellent company.
