Whem will negative star rating be available? Very disappointing service from Riteway Heating & Cooling. We scheduled an air conditioning service call for $79.00. That was supposed to be the total amount charged for an inspection. After paying $180.00 for the same service and no more information on why our A/C does not work. 👎🏾👎🏾The first tech arrived whenever he felt like it (causing us to miss work) only to report that someone else needed to do the job. After waiting several more hours, the service tech did work that we did not authorize, nor were we made aware it was needed. That's what the extra costs was, is what was told to us. We were definitely unhappy ☹with this service call and the fact that we were just suggested to buy a new unit. We dont recommend using their services, based on our negative experience. 😔
