My family and I have been going to Vantana Auto for a few years. They have a client for life with me!
I have been taken advantage of by other repair shops in the past. I am a handicapped woman, using a cane. I am not gullible, but if you don't know what is wrong with your vehicle and you need it, you can be vulnerable.
Having had bad experiences in the past with other auto shops I was nervous about trying someone new.
First we brought our daughter's car to Ventana and they treated her very well. I also took them a vehicle that I had already taken to two other independent places to get quotes from. Ventana gave me a quick and accurate assessment and quoted me less than I had expected by about 10%. They repaired it fast and I haven't had a moments' worry since.
Since then I have brought them several other vehicles including my beloved old truck (they rebuilt the transmission.)

I recently brought my All Wheel Drive 3/4 ton handicap van into them because it made a noise I wasn't sure about. They went through it completely and when they couldn't find anything wrong, they didn't charge me.

I recommend them to my friends and family regularly and I've never heard anyone have an issue with them.

I really believe that the employees and owners of Ventana Auto care about their clients. I feel very happy that we have a trustworthy mechanic!

These guys were more than helpful! They fixed my AC for chep, they did the serpentine belt, and a few other parts. It ended up costing me about $400 out the door, for everything. They gave me a GREAT deal. Terry was the guy I talked to, at the one on Houghton. He was super polite. I will absolutely return business!!!! Thanks boys for all of your help!!
