Maintenance requests are not done in a timely manner. For four days my malbox door remained broken which was opening the door to thieves, the elements, my mail not being delivered, and, it blown away by the wind. We had a terrible storm yesterday. I called office manager Thomas daily, since mailbox was not repaired. He was noncaring and msde excuses for maintenance staff. On several occasions the security lamps have been off on my property and with surrounding neighbors, like they are now which is a safety issue. This is an ongoing problem which I have reported numerous times. The laundry room is starting to look somewhat cleaner. Initially when the new manager took over, Thomas, it was filthy--- the floors, counters, machines! Horrible. A lot of things have gone downhill since Thomas took over Tammy's position.
