Richard, I went looking for you various times at the hotel. I suppose you told Veronica that I wanted to speak with both of you and she knows about what and i guess shes hiding from me. My so called dad went to your house to visit and since he's so sick in the head and doesnt know the difference between the truth and a lie he made up various things about us. And your wife told him to not give us absolutely anything and to tell us to not even think about ever putting foot in your house because she'd kick us out! Made the mistake of hiring him once. Did not align duct work properly with openings to support cooling system. What was worse than his work was trying to get him to fix it. We had to hire another contractor to clean up his mess. Unethical and unprofessional. Avoid.

Two weeks ago Monday, my husband and I returned from Phoenix (temperature there was 113) to our home in Oro Valley (temperature here was 107) and our air conditioner was on the blitz, the fan was only blowing hot air...It's five o'clock in the evening and all the A/C companies are either closed, too busy, too far away, and/or charging extremely'outrageous' rates, i.e., $100.00 for the visit and 89.00 for the 1st half hour. I have known Richard for a number of years now, and he has always had the upmost integrity in any dealing, both in business and in his personal life. I needed some work done and tried to do it myself. Unfortunetly i didnt know what i was getting myself into and made a big mess of things. I called this guy up and he came right down and looked at it, gave me a good price, and had it fixed in three days. Dont do it yourself, call the pros!

Richard's Custom Sheet Metal is second to none in air conditioner installation/repair. I have used him numerous times throughout the years to do repair work and installation of my air conditioners. He was always on time and always did an excellent job. I have personally gotten to know Richard over the years and can say that he is a man of highest integrity. With regards to the individual by the name of Bully, I would have to respectfully disagree with his/her accusations. Of all the people I have referred to have work done by Richard, none have had any problems whatsoever and all have praised his work ethic.

Richard and his crew did a cooler installation along with some ductwork fabrication. I was amazed at how fast and efficient they were at completing the task. Richard doesn't like to give you a estimate on work to be done. He does this purposely that way if you go to court you don't have al case to stand on that way you have no proof as to what you agreed to. He did some duct work for me and I had to have it redone. He was not easily to work with and apparently does not know how to use a tape measure. His measurements were all off and when asked to fix his work. He then claimed his work was of high standards and there was no need for repairs. Your better off asking for references and going with some other company and save yourself a big headache. Please get a very clear estimate from your contractor. Check business bureau and Registrar of contractors. Don't forget to check on references. 520-628-6345
