Do not call this company. They are horrible. I am relocating to the Tucson area from Phoenix for my job and I came across this company. After finally getting in touch with a rep, I spoke to Steve. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and not customer services orientated at all. It felt like I was dealing with a very pushy car salesman. I explained to him what I was doing and he completely ignored what I said to him and continued on with his very bad sales pitch. I would try to talk to him and he would interrupt my as if I was working for him. Very sternly he told me they are a relocating service and charge a fee to find me a home. First, why would I pay someone to do a search exactly like I can do on my computer. Second, when I call someone regarding viewing a property I want them to listen to my needs, not tell me what THEY think I should have. I told Steve I was not from this area. He asked me what town I'm looking at. I told him Marana. He immediately, very quickly started naming off properties and their addresses. Is he dumb?? I just told him I'm not from the area so that information he was telling me was completely not understood. Then I told him I don't appreciate his demeanor and attitude and thanked him for his time and I told him I would contact someone who would work WITH me.



Stay away from this company. They advertise all over Craigslist and have signs out. I will be avoiding a home that has this company's sign in the yard and I would encourage you to do the same.



Word of mouth spreads quickly. I will be sure to spread to everyone I know.
