I have moved into many different homes all throughout Tucson. I have never had as much trouble with a landlord as I have within the past year. The property was a little older and had some great things about it and some not so great things. We honestly really liked it though. However the management ofour specific unit let us down majorly. To say we were more than disappointed would be putting it lightly. We were left without hot water for 2 weeks, on 2 separate occasions, which that alone is something you can sue for. They never came to fix anything, they would never return our phone calls, and they did not take ownership for any problems we encountered on their website. (website to pay the rent).
Our rent one month apparently never went through when we HAD CONFIRMATION on the website that it did, but they waited to tell us 2 WHOLE MONTHS later so they could charge us all kinds of late fees. She is extremely unprofessional and airheaded. I will never recommend them as landlords
