Hands down, the WORST excuse for a repairman. Charged me $359 to replace shocks on my 3 yo washer. The machine did the same thing it did prior to the repair. He returned to check it out. Told me I was sorting my laundry incorrectly, that was the problem!? A second repairman looked at the washer...rear shock had come apart. All pieces were there so he reassembled. Total charge was $105. He looked at the shocks Allen replaced. He said they were not worn or defective. Consumer BEWARE. He's unethical and dishonest!! Unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option ' that's what he deserves!!
