Mike only cares for you so long as you abide by his policy of not missing more than two sessions. Unfortunately, my wife had to miss two sessions and they booted her without bothering to ask about the circumstances. I should make it clear that in both instances, she did call immediately to cancel.



One session she cancelled because our son was throwing up in the back seat. What are you going to do?



On the second session, she cancelled because the remnants of a storm from Mexico where going to hit the city and I was concerned for her safety as she would have to go to the appointment alone and she would be using a walker to get down. Even the city was urging people to stay home. She did call the night before to cancel.



When she was going to go to her next appointment, she was told that she was going to be dropped. When we tried to call back and speak with Mike Franke, we left messages twice in a week and a half and he never had the courtesy to call back. He had an assistant do so. We were told that policy is policy. PERIOD!



Again, they are great so long as you don't break this policy. If you do, they will drop you and couldn't care the least about whatever reason it could be.
