Needed advice for my garage door

When my old drunk of a roommate bent my garage door, I went looking to replace it. I found what I thought was a good company at Overhead Door. They are a local company and I figured that I would get good service. The owner came out looked at the door and gave me a deal of $1,200 to totally replace the door. The deal was that parts from my old door would go to a 3rd party and I would get a discount for it.I had to come up with over half of the money saved up and they agreed to take 50% and installments.
THAT WAS 45 DAYS AGO.
First, they ordered the wrong door. I had to wait a week, Next, they told me that the 3rd party could not schedule their end of the repair - ANOTHER WEEK.
Then yesterday they call me and tell me that the 3rd party AGAIN has to postpone because of an "Emergency trip to Florida". I told the General Manager that I wanted it done this week or I was walking away.
Just got a call from them and they are walking away from the deal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We needed our 35 year old garage door replaced.Of course over time - structural settling had occurred.We had five different companies quote the job. OverHead Garage Door was the only company to see, plan and bid the complete job. They did the work in a timely and completely professional manner. Down to the smallest detail all was taken care of - excellent work.
