I have never had a problem here. I have a Persian cat named GeeGee and they take very good care of her every time I have a problem with her and I believe that their prices r reasonable.

Terrible vet clinic stay away from this place $ 1000 and still couldn't figure out what was wrong with my dog, dog had every symptom of cushing disease and they ran every test they could charge me for but didn't check for cushing took to another vet and first thing the vet said was cushing said he needed to run a few test just to make sure and to figure out what the cause was $100 thank you dr. Lee in oro valley

Been a customer for 11+ years and this is not the same place. They have turned into Money grubs and tried to bully me into putting my pet to sleep when I couldn't afford their outrageous fees and called animal control when I took my pet to another vet. Dr. Jackson claims to be an animal advocate but she and Northwest Pet Clinic are only interested in the money not your pet.

Took my sick pet to Northwest Pet Clinic and they wanted $2000+ immediately. They insisted on either paying the fees or kill her. When we wanted a second opinion, they said they were going to call the police and they reported us to animal control. We authorized minimal treatment and they took her to a back room and when my husband followed they acted paranoid like they had something to hide. Dr. Jackson, so called animal advocate, and Northwest Pet Clinic are money grubbers that say pay or your animal will die. Anyway you look at it, prepare to empty your pockets or see your pet be killed.This story does have a happy ending. My refusal to allow them to put my dog to sleep gave me time to take my pet to a competent veterinarian who determined the CORRECT diagnosis and performed the necessary surgery at a fraction of their fees. My baby is now home, healthy, and happy.I was a client for years but their ethics have gone in the toilet. If you don't believe me look at other reviews. The negative ones closely resemble this one. If you love your pets, please find another vet.

We have been taking our pets here for 7+ years now. Over the last year we had 2 doctors contradict each other(to many docs imo). So today my dog is suffering for it, and she will definitlly need serjury. Would have been better a year ago, cause she's now a year older and less likely to do well in serjury(thier words). Will not take my pets here again.

My chow/lab mix has been going here the last ten years. We always get the best care and the staff is amazing! When we moved to Chandler a little over 7 years ago. We looked for a new vets office but where never happy so we now drive to Tucson for all of our vet needs. Its the ONLY place that I will take my dogs. Thanks NorthWest for always being there for us!

I've taken my pets to NW pet Clinic for several years now. The Doctors and staff there are simply amazing. They treat my 2 dogs, Allison and Inde, like they are their own! The staff is always so helpful in everything I need, as well as helping me understand the wellness & preventative care needs of my dogs. Because I work full time, their new extended evening and weekend hours makes it so easy to get an appointment. I could go on and on about how perfect everything and everyone is at Northwest Pet Clinic, giving 5 stars and HIGHLY recommending them is the least I can do for as much as they have done for me and my 4-legged family!

The doctors and staff at northwest pet clinic treat my dogs as if they were their own. They were very carring when I had to put down my 17 year . They go the extra mile to make sure there is no pain or suffering on my part or my dog.. Thank you all for being so human with our pets. I love the new crew!!

In all understandings, dog training should be provided by professionals. The trainer upstairs with a CPDT-KA certification, is not the most legit. If you research correctly you can find that any one can apply for this license online and have the title, which I feel isn't at all remarkable. The trainers I worked with have at least 30 years if not more experience in dog training for competition, and have provided people with the proper training for their pet for far cheaper with more distractions which helps the pet focus. While Carey Haas trains upstairs in an air conditioned room (for the people's convenience) with no actual learning. It's like sitting on a computer all day learning from a video, when you could be learning hands on. It's a waste of your money if you actually want to train your pet. You are better of going to a dog training club with multiple trainers that will teach all kinds of methods because every dog is different and requires different kinds of training.

As the business owner of Nunn Better Pet Care, I have found Northwest Pet Clinic to be absolutely fantastic. They have cared for all of my personal pets and not to mention numerous client's pets. The front office staff is always friendly and very efficient and Dr. O'Donnell and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and very progressive with their treatments. The clinic has a warm and fuzzy feel and the office hours fit almost everyone's needs. I can not say enough good things about Northwest Pet Clinic. I love all of the techs there and they always remember my pets and ask how the others are doing. We moved to Tucson a little over 9 years ago and needed to find a vet. We had a terrible time finding a vet that was clean, professional, knowledgeable and had reasonable hours. We went to the Emergecy vet for everything. About 2 years after we moved here we found Northwest. They are all of the things listed above and so much more! Our cat Johnny got very sick very quickly and was almost dead by the time we got him to Northwest Pet Clinic. They agreed to see him late at night and got him in right away. Because he was so sick we could not afford the cost of treatment it was going to take to save him. Putting him to sleep was our only option. They took it upon themselves to find a great alternative as to how he could still be saved and live a happy and healthy life. This is the most compassionate and professional Veteranarians office I have ever heard of! If your pet needs any type of care at all you need to take them to Northwest Pet Clinic, and you will be very happy you did!

We have been taking our pets to North West since they opened their doors. We have had many animals over the years so the crew there know us on a first name basis. They have always done a great job. Even though I got married and moved to the other side of town I will still take my pets here.

Over 20 years we have had 5 dogs, 2 cats, and a litter of puppies. Dr. Lee and his staff have always been extremely compassionate and professional. I would recommend this pet clinic to anyone who thinks of their pets as members of the family.

After coming here for the past few years, I have been consistently impressed with the skilled and compassionate care that the knowledgeable veterinarians and staff at Northwest Pet Clinic have provided my animal companions. They practice according to the latest clinical advances, and their careful, thorough attention is evidenced in every exam.



They’ve been there when I needed them, and their willingness to give of themselves, coupled with their genuine concern for both my animals and me has been priceless!
