James the technician did very good job. It was refreshing to deal with someone who knew his work.He was also a pleasant guy.The charge for the job was quite reasonable.Needless to say I recommend them.

Major rip off artists! I called them from out of state to do work on rental property bathroom. Tenant met them to let them inside. My bad for not telling dispatch to have plumber call with price before did work. When plumber finished, he called for charge card authorization. $1,051.70 to set a customer supplied commode and install two new water supply lines and p-trap on existing sink. Plumber actually had the gall to say he had to use a "commercial p-trap" so that's why that charge $254. The part at pluming supply is ten dollars. Two water supply lines are maybe another ten dollars.

These people are SCAM artist if you want to get ripped off call Mr rooter! they blew out my sewer line with their hydro scrub then charged me 13,000 to repair!

I had a complaint about how Mr. Rooter charged $320 after posting a coupon for $79 to clear a sewer line, and the company turned around and charged the coupon amount, even though the coupon clearly listed that it was only applicable with "clear access." I got annoyed at what looked like a bait and switch strategy, and they made it right.

Thank you Martin for being quick and honest, I really appreciate it. More over - I appreciate how nice everyone was when I was not at my best (fretting over our broken toilet). Thanks for everything.

Very friendly and on time. They installed a back flow system for us and provided a city permit for yearly inspections. They answered all of my questions and explained how and what they were doing with each step along the way.

Very nice polite man. Cooper was very guide to do the repairs. Service was also very prompt.
