Best clinic everyone is super nice

Midvale medical center is by far the absolute worst run organized and performance overall of ANY medical facility I have EVER been through i went an entire month without a message being returned or being told that my dr was on Maternity leave.I am diabetic and cannot go without my meds when i brought these problems up to the administrator in private without actually using the word she called me a liar and said these things did not happen i can only then assume that she had my messages erased to get rid of evidence of all my calls trying to get someone to talk to me they r horrible people3 and should not be in the practice of peoples health they should be investigated and shut down with possible criminal charges being brought to supervising medical staff.............

The physicians there are excellent, it is the front office staff that are just horrendous. They are rude, unprofessional and uncaring. The 'answering service', ha what a joke! They must have taken the same 'customer service' class as the front staff.

The staff is great. We have been going there for years. Dr. Wadleigh is a very good doctor and is thorough. Even though we live a ways from there, we wouldn't go anywhere else.
