I had a Groupon for Midas and this was one of the 6 dealers who would take it. A review on Groupon said how nice they were so I decided to go there. I had no appt. but they included a tire rotation in the deal and a light was on indicating low pressure. Thankfully they were able to get me in as they are limited to the deals they can take each day (appt recommended). All I can say is they really lived up to the review I read the place was really clean, employees friendly, service great, the told me of another light that was coming on so I authorized them to take care of it too. Mom needs an oil change too so I am sending her there as soon as she makes an appt.

I took my car in for an oil change and they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on drivers front tire. Few hundred feet down Tanque traveling about 35MPH, tire flew off and slammed into pavement and slid off side of the road. Insurance company declared a total loss, had to replace vehicle. The Midas touch all right!

Recent went there and talked to a friendly guy Dustin. I had my oil changed, and my A/C checked. A week later, approximately 168 miles later. One morning my car wouldn't start. I checked the engine, and the oil was over filled by 1.5cm, approximately 1 quart. Which most people know overfilling oil is bad. I had to change the spark plugs since oil got all into it. When I changed the oil myself(I have back issues which is why I take my car in), the oil was pitch black like 3000 mile oil. The filter was used with scuffs on all sides. If I did not catch this when I did the costs would of been extremely high. So I did what a typical customer would do, call and complain about it. I got rude service from the manager Dustin, who eventually hung up on me over a 26.99 oil change. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to Midas at all. I will not get my 40 dollars back, + time and parts to fix it on my own, but I will make sure no one else has this problem against. DO NOT TRUST THE MIDAS touch. The company is

Sloppy work. Did not have parts available for a common car type and the wait was long for that. Didn't reset the oil light like I asked them to. They fixed my window but it wasn't working again within a week. They adjusted belts which were squeaking again within 2 days. I went back twice and they never did fix it right. I went to another place and had everything fixed, and they've been fine ever since. Would not recommend.
