Burgers are usually cold and the cheese is thrown in, it seems, as an after thought. The young workers that staff the windows clearly would rather be somewhere else. I found it interesting that they ask for your comments/feedback but don't follow up on the complaint. Poorly managed and they've lost my business.

Usually the burgers are cold and the poor window service needs to be addressed....I won't go back.

When it comes to service, this place isn't the best place to go

The people working there have messed up all my family's, my friends, and my own order placed

My dad was leaving to take his plane to florida and he didn't want to leave on an empty stomache, so we went up to this McDonalds and ordered 3 sausage, egg, and cheese Mcmuffins. Expecting a warm satisfying meal, we got the opposite. A rock hard biscuit with a plastic tasting egg, a pretty good tasting sausage but a pretty horrible tasting hash brown...

On top of all that, they mess up my mom's coffee when she asked for two sugars, two cremes and they give her a coffee with one sugar one creme as displayed in front of us at the drive thru window.



There's 3 more occurances my morning meal was mixed up

all sausage. egg and cheese

Only the threee had atleast one of the stated components missing

The first time it was just the egg

the second the cheese

and the third the sausage



Although, every orange juice tasted great.... but that's something no one can really mess up.



With this message, I want to push change for a better fast food place.
