Provided by YP.comWent to steakhouse for a rib eye steak. Our server, Jared, was informed, attentive, and funny. Drinks were good. Bread was warm and fresh. Salads were crispy and tasty. Rib eye steaks were tender, juicy, and delicious. And dessert sampler was sinfully fantastic! All in all, it was a great experience. We will definitely be going back.

Provided by YPmobileNo knife with bread or plates..asked for another bread took 10minutes.. went to the restroom a work a waiter was washing hair in sink, paper towels everywhere chip on lobby floor trash on tables, , not busy and waiter and busses still havnt cleaned. Won't not ever go back very unsanitary and found hair on my steak . Someone needs to check on them.

Provided by SuperpagesWent here at 3:30 PM on Sunday & was told by hostess there was a wait list & would be seated in 10 minutes. Looked into the dining room and OVER 3/4th of the tables were empty. Not sure what was the purpose of wait but could be bad management choice. We waited but 3 parties who arrived behind us didn't. Went to bar for drink & bartender disappeared for approximately 5 minutes before we were served. Then she missed an opportunity to up sell our ticket by not telling us about the "long pour" option for wine. $2.50 more but you get 1 1/2 glasses in carafe. Once seated, waiter took over 5 minutes before greeting our table and was very unfriendly, never apologized for making us wait. Although food was good, steaks weren't cooked as requested. Having been in the restaurant business as a server, I'm more patient than most people but this was really inexcusable for a restaurant whom is new and should be at top of their services. Won't win public over with this type of bad service. Need employees, hire some! If not talk to your staff about better service. :(

Provided by YP.comDisappointing at best, noise level annoying, food over priced for what you get. I ordered from the specialty menu, what a joke, could the shrimp get any smaller. The waiter even forgot to take out salad order with the main course. He had to return to complete the order. They will not last very long here in Tucson, at it's present setup and service.
