I came to Mr. Wilson because of a DUI charge that I believed I should not have been given under circumstances. Mr. Wilson was able to drop those charges and prove that I had done nothing wrong. What more could you ask for. He was very efficient and great to work with!

You are better off defending yourself than hiring this firm!! Mr. Wilson does NOT return calls and puts little effort into your case. Hired this firm months ago, my case is still not settled!!! Mr. Wilson (by email) drops my case and keeps my money!!! Save yourself the aggravation and stay clear of this firm!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!

This was my experience with Peter Gutierrez. He was never able to answer my questions but charged me for the phone call. During a hearing the judge yelled at Peter for poor judgement because, without my knowledge or consent, had given the respondent "another chance to do the right thing" when there was a clear history of noncompliance. Also, he and I attended a hearing where we were the only people there. Then we find out from the clerk that it had been canceled and Peter acted as if he was not informed, and I was still stuck paying the bill for his "services". He accomplished nothing accept to delay my case. I had to retain another lawyer to finish the job that he could not.

Won my case at trial. there were 4 DUI trials in courthouse at same time. other 3 were all guilty, but I was NOT guilty. Even prosecutor asked my lawyer "isn't that 3 in a row for you"

Over charged, did nothing other than a read and plead, coulda got this from a pretender and saved 5000

DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY. DID NOT SPEND MORE THAN HALF HOUR ON MY CASE. AFTER I PAID HIM, DID NOT EVEN RETURN MY CALLS, I SAW SOMEONE ELSE IN COURT THAT HAD NO CLUE ABOUT MY CASE, THEN HE TOLD ME, WE ARE SORRY. WHAT A CON, (WISH YOU LUCK AND FIGHT HARD FOR YOUR FUTURE)

You shouldn't be drunk driving in the first place and what a hard lesson learned. If this is your first DUI, unless you feel that the officer had no reason to pull you over, you are better off going with the plea and DO NOT hire a lawyer. Besides that our lawyer is Ron Washington and he did do everything he said he was going to do BUT it is very disappointing that the only way to talk to him is by setting a meeting and going down to the office. SUPPORT STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!!!

I too had a great experience with this firm. They fought hard, and I was very thankful for them.

Tom, Riisa, Peter and Ron all represented me for my DUI. They were extremely professional and felt like family. My case was dismissed and I was very happy with the result. Bad reviews will come wherever you are. Some people are never happy. But I can honestly say, this is a wonderful firm with great hard working people.

What a gutless weasel Craig sommers is in his review. He was afraid to go to trial and took a plea and says his lawyer "raised the white flag". I was with him that night. What a liar his "review" is.

A Marine will fight for you, This Firm however will raise the "white flag and surrender" to what ever the prosecutor mandates.Save your money and seek Legal assistance elsewhere. This Marine won't fight for your rights!!! Your Lawyer will leave you hanging, show up late for court & dress like a prostitute down on the corner and you will still get whatever the state says for fines, loose of license and all that goes along with it, "$4,000 for NOTHING" and I do mean "NOTHING" Unanswered messages, no return calls, just an empty wallet and empty feeling of betrayal.......

This office takes your money, lies to you and in the end the dui is still there. They tell you over and over they are trying to get everything dismissed. There is no evidence of any work on their part. I would not hire this firm to do anything.
