I recently visited Kipling Jewelers because a friend had recommended them to me. I was a little wary at first, having had some bad experiences with other jewelers. After speaking with one of the members of the staff over the telephone I was assured I could wait with my piece while they worked on my appraisal. This was kind of a shock to me as most other places I had called told me I would have to drop my ring off for at least 3-5 days. I also had a chain that I needed repaired. I was told it would take about 3 days, however they called me the next afternoon and told me it was ready for pick-up. I was very satisfied with the work they did and the price was very reasonable as well. I would recommend this store to anyone else I know looking for a good jeweler.######Michelle
