I have purchased 2 mother of groom dresses, 2 madrina dresses and a couple of formal dresses and have always been happy with my purchases, alterations and price. Katrina has always been every helpful. I seen her deal with others and they seem happy too. I recommend her all the time

The amazing thing I see from all the negative reviews is "THE BRIDE" was unhappy. My question was, was she being "BRIDEZILLA" or was mommy wanting the dress for free. When brides and mothers have something in their minds nothing can fix it, no matter how much you try.

My family has used Katrina's for FOUR, repeat FOUR different weddings and could not be happier. There were 2 occasions that tuxes had to be sent to other locations and these details were taken care of very professionally and all arrived in plenty of time.

I love Katrinas, my family has been buying dresses from them for over 10 years. They are hard working, kind,honest loving people. CLaurelez

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I was told my wedding dress could be ordered, and so I put half down ($550) and I'd be informed when it was in. This was 3 months before my wedding.....I would call every once in a while to check on it, and was told she'd check and let me know.....3 weeks before my wedding (and a few days after having back surgery) I FINALLY get a call the dress wasn't going to be in - guess not when it was NEVER ORDERED!! (I checked with the designer's company myself) So I had to scramble (while on heavy pain pills) to find another dress because at this point it was to late to order another one! I would run far away from this place and fast! I had 3 friends also go there & had nothing but nightmare problems. It's to bad she is still in business!

My sister and I went to Katrina and found a prom dress one week before prom. It was cute and service was great. There was some alterations done to the dress and when it came time to try it on a day before prom it didn't fit. I live 2 hours away from Tucson and was not able to go back. I called the store to let them know and the lady (young one) was rude and was like next time don't wait so late to try on your dress. Yes they have cute dresses but don't get one.

Gross store, shabby merchandise, rude and incompetent staff, apparent daycare facility? I'll never go back. They ruined EVERYTHING for my special day and left me looking for alternatives at the very VERY last minute.

This place is horrible. They are RUDE and unreliable. They do not have products ready when you order them, and then swear at you and refuse to refund your money, but only after they insult you and your family. They also have a naked kid running around the dark and disheveled store. It's weird and unprofessional on every level possible. What a poor example for Tucson Businesses. Shame on you Katrina's Bridal!

And I don't mean the attire. There was a child running around half naked in the store? I had boys with me, and the lady seemed nonchalant. Anyway, I arrived a little after 11 (opening store hour) and no one was there. Someone pulled up a few minutes later and made me stand outside for about 10 minutes. Inside, it is dark and messy. The less than timely lady was rude, so I left. NO thanks. From the looks of the other reviews, I can see I'm not the only one, and I dodged a bullet.

I came to Katrina's because of a good experience I had several years prior and after a horrible experience at David's. Staff was pleasant until 6 days prior to my wedding. I dealt with the filthy store and children running around half naked because the dress I really wanted was there, even after the mother attempted to over charge me for alterations and my daughters dress. They are nice people and I am all for a family business but I was told to come get my dress the week after mother's day the week before my wedding and did as I was instructed. I was told my dress was not ready and offered no other explanation besides "come back tomorrow". After requesting to know why all I was told was "we have a lot of other weddings" which indicated to me I was not a priority. I requested to be refunded for my alteration and I would take my business else where I was refunded the 45 dollars but not the taxes on that amount, I will gladly eat the 3.65 to never have to set foot in there again. If I could give a -star I would.. My wife bought her wedding dress here and our daughters flower dress and they told my wife her dress would be ready after mothers day and so she went a week after and they told her "we have been real busy and your dress isn't done yet" this is less than 1 week before our wedding and now we have to find someone to tailor her dress with 5 days before our wedding. and all Katrina had to say was well I'm sorry... I would wish nothing more than to see a place like this go out of business, between no customer service skills and the fact the place is filthy and looks like they operate a day care out of it with kids running wild in the store half clothed. I only wish we would have trusted our first instinct and not shopped here.. So if you or anyone is looking to buy a dress do yourself and Tucson a favor and just say NO to Katrina's..

I found the dress of my dreams there, but it turned into a nightmare when it came to alterations. The woman there has no manners, was rude to me and my friend and family, and made it into a horrible experience. The alterations were not done on time, and whne I returned the next day, they were botched. The dress did not look good, but the woman tried to convince me it was perfect - and that was all they could do. You may find a dress that you like there, but my advice is to have it altered elsewhere.

I'm so happy I went to Katrina's! My mom, sister and I stopped by without an appt and Katrina was able to squeeze me in before her other appts. She was so patient and I never felt rushed. She asked me about my wedding and definitely showed she cared. I found a dress that I loved but was out of my budget. She went out of her way and grabbed 2 more dresses for me to try on and the second one was perfect!! She knew my style and what I wanted and found my perfect dress! I'm very grateful she was there to help me.

My experience at Katrinas was horrible. The owner treated me very rudely. She should not be in this business. Whether its trying on a bridal, first communion, baptism or prom dress your experience should be a good one. She certainly made my visit an unpleasant one.
