When making decisions about your health care, I strongly believe in the importance of shared decision making between myself and my care team and you and your family and loved ones if you desire them to be included. I strive to deliver personalized health care focusing on each individual patient's values, beliefs, and goals for their health. I try to ensure that every patient feels heard, and I do my best to explain and share information with you to the best of my ability. I also feel that disease prevention and control of chronic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure is extremely important and this is a focus of my care.
