I had Jim come out and look at my roof that they had done 10 years ago and I paid top dollar for 30 year shingles he spoke to me very demeaning continuously until I finally threw me off my property and would do nothing to help me fix it something they didn’t do correctly in the first place he tried to tell me that somebody else had done some thing and nobody’s been up there the shingles are not holding up they look like crap I can’t Believe they have been in business as long as they have I own two businesses and would never speak to any of my customers in the manner that he spoke to me I would not refer them to anybody and certainly will never have them do work on my home again

I had a repair done to the area around the chimney than painted the inside since they said it was fixed after the paint job got ruined called them back again since it was still under warranty. Had the painter over to paint the outside and he showed me where roof was leaking and rotting trim on house called another professional who said underlaying tar sheet was not sealed and he was surprised a professional roofer had done it he thought it was the homeowner or handyman.
