I called him. Jesse came & give me an estimate. I told him/and showed him the 20%discount coupon that was in the newspaper. He was surprised I had seen the article. I then received an estimate for an additional $1000 (4900 became $5975) He said his daughter made a mistake. He then wanted to give only one coat and not the two coats, he had originally told me he would give. We did not proceed with the job.
