It doesn't rate 1 star in my book...cuz I called to find out how much to get a weedeater running and was told $75, so I took it to them. Service Order #A3994964..date in 8/31/16...work performed, "Rebuilt carb, flushed fuel system,runs good, sharpen chain (I had brought a chainsaw chain to be sharpened also). Now I took weedeater home,filled with fuel,primped it and could not pull the starter cord, something was definitely wrong!!! I did not try anything with it but waited until day after Labor Day(9/6/16) and took it to H&H where I was told it had been flooded and fuel was in cylinder and that was the reason the cord could not be pulled. What a crock!!!! It is 9/9/16 and have been told it was all disassembled and will be finished later in the day.. It says on the service order it "runs good" and I couldn't even pull the starting cord when I tried to use. Now today 9/9/16 nobody answers my calls!!! Very very upset

Best service in town. My blower was having a hard time starting. Josh did a full time up with a carb service and it was running like new. He had the blower ready for pickup the next day.
