I don't recommend this storage facility. To start they double booked my parking spot. I was barely able to fit into the spot and had to park by the security fence. This went on for two months, no apology or acknowledgement. Then my vehicle got broken into likely because it was in plain view. They did not notify me at all and the supposed security systems caught nothing at all. I had to call three times just to make sure they checked the camera footage. I doubt they did. It could have been open to the elements for 1-2 weeks with no notification. Then when I let them know of the issue they acted like nothing happened. No manager called me or let me know they were looking into it. The day guy said it was likely someone that had a storage box because they have had similar issues before. Bunch of clowns who dont care about your stuff or the security of it.

Terrible management. DO NOT ACCIDENTLY LEAVE YOUR UNIT UNLOCKED THEY WILL THROW YOUR BELONGINGS OUT.
