Came into fletchers tire on oct.2 the crew was very friendly and professional I really loved the show and tell instead of the old just come in and sell something.Jesus has great customer service I will return to Fletcher for additional services..

Brought my car in going full well that the stater was bad when you try to start it it would grind like craze left the car gentleman calls me and says the starter is bad and he wanted 535.00 to fix it I called around and the stater at auto zone was 165.00 so I asked why his was so much more and was told that is the cost I'm not a agrasive person but I'm on a fixed income I have a bunch of different ill ness and I was not feeling real well that day I asked him if he could walk over to auto zone and get that stater witch is 300 feet from them he says no we don't do that so I asked my son to take me to the parts house told them what was going on and the parts manager at auto zone and he said that they do get parts from them so any how I got the starter went in handed the stater to the gentlemen any I asked him how much to put in he said 135.00 plus tax so the mark up on that stater was 400.00 dollars NOT Nice gets better my wife shows up to pick up the car and they charged us 235.00 so when she got home she told me how much so I called and asked what happen to the 135.00 plus tax o there was a 89.00 charge for diagnostic charge I said what we had to make sure it was a stater make sure the battery was good I had a brand new one put in 3 days ago just looking at the battery you could tell that and like I said when you turned the car on it made a grinding noise terrible did not need to be a front line mechanic to no that.I will never go back will never refer them I feel I was had NOT NICE they should be a shamed of there self's
