I have done business with this customer and they use every trick in the book not to pay you. If you do business with this company you had better get money up front for any work that you do for them. They are terrible at business and constantly give you the run around. The owner is never available no matter when you call and they won't give out their contact info.

My review is a bit dated, they drilled my well 5 years ago. The well went ok, but they overbilled at every chance. I was billed for an hourly rate for a supervisor that was only there for 5 minutes twice during the day, they billed me his rate for the entire day. They also ran short of pipe, so I went to Ace Hardware to purchase another section of drop pipe; which they then billed me for also. Oh, and they charged mileage to drive to my house, including the two trips the supervisor made. 6 months after they placed the well the motor seized up because they placed the pump too close to the bottom. They did reduce the rate on the first drilling when I challenged the billing, but I wouldn't use them again.

You should be proud of the people that work for you and their dedication to their jobs. The first young man showed up with the rig to lift out the pipe and was done (doing the work of pulling the pipe and putting it back down by himself) in no time at all. Then when he needed help another young man showed up to help him and between the two of them they rigged up the water system, including water holding tanks, in an efficient manner.



Thank you for sending them so that we could all have water on Monday. Thank you for your help in getting water for us in a timely manner.

worst company ever to deal with. I paid $20000 and I still have no water a year later. after they took my money the cowardly owners wont even talk to me. LIARS!! I will be taking them to court. filed a complaint with the roc... farwest didn't even show up to the inspection. All I can say is they need to change their name to far worst company. the bbb rating of F is accurate.
