The three stars go for the Karaoke element which is terrific with the best DJ in town, Scott.
With a new system and thousands of songs you can find a version to suit you. He cares about the singers and treats them ALL with courtesy and respect and encourages those present to support them with accolades.
The weak point in this establishment is the unacceptable service by the waitresses.
They are totally inattentive to the patrons and fraternize WAY TOO MUCH WITH SOME OF THE CLIENTS. I went in one night and just asked for water when I first sat down. I waited 2hrs (verified by the person I was with) before the waitress came back to 'see if everything was alright.' I also had to go up to the waitress up front where the food is brought out to ask for a menu and order my food. They also forget to give napkins with a drink. They do most of the time give napkins with a meal. Are the napkins made of silk?
The service is terrible and that goes for all the waitresses. They comingle with the customers too much on a non-business basis. They also sing but usually when there are not many customers, i.e. singers present and I don't mind that when it is not busy.
The DJ. has done more to make that a great place for Karaoke and a nice, comfortable, attractive place to be in.
The food is very good. It is the service that is need of VAST IMPROVEMENT!!!
