When we need a car we usually rent from Enterprise. We always get great service and great cars. I gave it a 4 star though, because this last car we rented in Tucson just didn't seem to run right. We probably should have returned it, but since we only used it to drive around town, we just kept it. I did mention to the lady when we returned they may want to get it checked out. She did offer to try to make things right, but since we didn't feel it was that big of a deal, I told her that was okay. By the way, United Airlines can learn a lot about customer service from Enterprise!
